My vagina had developed a bad funk over the last 3 weeks, a stench like death itself. I kept douching with vinegar and peroxide, which usually works wonders for any smells, but this time the results would only last a half hour at best, and even then the stench wouldn't go away. I thought my recent ex had given me a disease, but I'm too poor to go to the doctor (thanks, Obama!), so I just sat and prayed that my immune system would take care of it. But it didn't get any better. Then 3 days ago, I was wiping after urinating, and I felt something uncomfortable at the opening of my vagina. I thought a chunk of toilet paper had gotten lodged there, so I inspected it... no paper... so I put my finger in the opening... and I felt something hard. I grab it with my thumb and forefinger and pull it out... It was a rolled-up piece of brown public restroom paper towel, which I had rolled into a homemade tampon while at a bar THREE WEEKS AGO toward the end of my last period. I'd shoved it up there, forgotten about it, it promoted an insanity of bacterial growth over the days and weeks... what you'd call an infection... I'd had sex several times while it was in, so it got shoved all the way up in there so that I couldn't feel it while douching and my BF couldn't feel it during sex (but boy could he smell the smell!) Somehow it eventually had pushed its way back out to the opening of my vagina. Worst smell ever. Almost like a combination of cadavers and feces. The smell of that improvised tampon when I pulled it out made me gag... Welp, I flushed the thing, and I douched twice with pure hydrogen peroxide... and now my vagina smells good and the infection is no more. Happily ever after.

I workout 4 times a week upper/lower strength/hypertrophy. I also like to go out and drink with mates 1 or 2 times a week. This is usually saturday, and or friday. Is it better to workout and drink that night, or workout the next day. This is important because 2 rest days in a row throws off my routine. or is it worth it to recover. any science to back up claims? >pic unrelated

How much protein do you guys supplement on a daily basis? That is, in the form of powders or bars that utilize powders or isolates, etc? I usually don't do more than maybe 40, 50 tops (powder, a protein bar, and maybe a meal replacement mix that has about 10g protein)
