Looking for opinions and help. Been powerlifting for 2.5 years now. 5/3/1 on a caloric surplus for the most of it. This are my current lifts 110x5 OHP (50kg) 175x5 squat (80kg) 175x1 bench 340x1 deadlift (155kg) Do I have the worst PL genetics ever and should i just give up? Seriously have trouble keeping the motivation up these lasts couple months. Been thinking about just stopping because it only makes my body painfull and I get almost nothing in return.

/fit/, I need your urgent help. Today's high intensity-low volume day. I was supposed to do 1x1 OHP and bench, 1x5 deadlift, and some accessories; but apparently the gym is closed, probably due to commie day. I have access to enough weight to do OHP and accessories, but not bench or deadlift. I should just do OHP and accessories, and wait until the next week, right? Or can I do OHP today, and bench and deadlift tomorrow? But that would affect my recovery, right? How about I do all of them tomorrow? Do you think I can recover until monday, which is volume day? Considering I am doing Texas Method, I don't think so.

hey, I need some insight on this please. am 19 and I did a test e cycle 500mg for 14 or so weeks, this was 4 months ago, didn't even do pct. but I recovered fine it seemed. Anyways, im now 2 weeks in a test e cycle and im rethinking it.. I was aware roids stunt vertical growth, and I didn't care cause I thought i stopped growing in height (im tall enough) but i realized recently guys still develop until their mid 20s in other ways.. im fucking scared that I completely fucked up my natural development now. Apparently men peak with test at around 25? Did I permanently blunt my natural T levels? Will they never get as high naturally as they could have? thanks
