My friend wants to get on medication to help his depression. How do I convince him that those crazy pills will only make him feel worse and turn him into a zombie? Has anyone ever actually gotten over depression thanks to medication? I've literally never heard of that happening It makes more sense to me that he should try fixing his diet and shit first. Guys i have a problem. I've been lifting weights for like 2 or 3 years now and my diet is shit. My strength and lifts are decent but i've got a shit diet and that's the reason why i look like shit. I always eat shit even tho i know i shouldn't be eating. Even when i try IIFYM i overeat on chocolate or some shit like that. Can anyone relate and tell me what did you do to fix it? Should i do IF or some other diet or something or just man the fuck up and stop eating bullshit? Also do you guys know that feeling when you're hungry , have a tuna can and some other healthy shit but still you go and eat some unhealthy stuff like cake. I need to fix this. P.S. i tend to control my hunger issues the best when i'm on zero carb , would that work and help me finally cut Pls respond i know i sound retarded and zero will power but i need to hear your opinion
