CANT EAT ENOUGH

Okay /fit/, I need some serious advice/help here...
I cannot eat enough food. I have no problems pushing myself when it comes to the gym, but when it comes time to eat I just can't sit down and force myself to do it.
I honestly don't know what to do, I haven't made any significant gains recently because of this, and I just don't know what to do. I have plateaued for the past several months (obviously from not eating enough).
So my question is how can I manage to eat 3500 calories in a day without wanting to throw up? My goal macros are 45% carbs, 35% protein, 20% fats. Currently, I'm barely scrapping by with 1500 calories a day and my muscles are shrinking fast.

more i hear, more research i read, shows i should be getting more vitamins minerals and necessary compounds for my body etc.
that's fine, 4 dollars at walmart.
the issue i have is the ability of the body to absorb pill multivitamins.
can i crush them up and drink them in water to increase surface area and absorb more?
or do i have to go full tinfoil and get that beyon tangy tangerine to basically do the same thing of taking a grainy powder and mixing it into water despite little of that shit being water soluble?
redpill me on vitamins minerals and essential nutrients /fit/
