Anyone here go Sun and/or Moon gazing? I have just started doing this, as I feel it will give me a boost of vitamins and energy. I would imagine the morning sun and the evening sun is the best, as midday is too powerful to stare directly at. As for moongazing, the full moon is easy to stare at, but are the benefits it gives you the same as with the sun?

So I've been reading up on zinc after some /fit/izen mentioned it in an acne thread a few days ago and here is quote from a page that I found http://www.anyvitamins.com/zinc-info.htm "It is necessary for a healthy immune system, and is also of use in fighting skin problems such as acne, boils and sore throats. So naturally I rushed down to vitaminshoppe and bought a bottle which was like 5 bucks for 300 capsules. So far /fit/ has convinced me into taking fish oil pills and vitamin d every day. So /fit/, what are your thoughts on zinc and what vitamins/minerals do you think are essential to take everyday.
