Alright /feel/, in this thread, we discuss Gym Etiquette. What are the do's and don'ts. I'll fucking start to get this rage out:

>Doing dumbell bench press
>stocky female nig nog and lift partner are doing forearm workouts right next to the dumb bells
>plenty of fucking room elsewhere...no idea why it HAD to be right there
>using 90's and 85's for bench
>I know they see him, as he's probably 6'4" and maybe like 215 lbs.
>nigger woman hockey goalie fucking SITS on the dumbells. Literally using it as a bench.

Gym Etiquette rule #1: don't sit on the dumb bells
GER #2: If you have the ability and you're not doing anything, fucking move if someone is carrying that much weight back to the rack

ITT: Post the thing (or things) holding back your aesthetics. For me, its my nipples. Not only do I have gyno, but my nips have this weird puckered/dimpled shape to them. They kind of cave in, for some reason. No matter how much I lift, seems like I'll never attain true apex aesthetics. Anyway share yours, whether it's loose skin, chest gap, scars, etc. Maybe you'll realize it's not as bad as you think.
