Hi there. I am not looking to be spoonfed, i have read the sticky but i have some question and i thought you guys would be the best place to ask. I recently changed my diet, mostly vegetables , cheese and when it comes to meat almost only chicken meat or fish. I lost 10kg with minimum effort in 3 months only with the diet change and running on weekends and i also lift at home dumbbells 5 kg each, 50 with each hand every 2 days. The problem is , I am what you would call a "skinny fat" i guess , i lost weight and muscles almost everywhere, my hands are thinner etc, but not on my belly and hips. Which is very weird for me as a dude to have wide hips, i can see some changes in the belly but not much at all. Do you have any suggestions and any way to lower body fat %? I know you cant spot burn fat but it has been burned , fat or not, almost everywhere...

this is it /fit/, this is the last straw. i've always had problems with my lower back, constantly pulling it in and out of the gym. i stretch extensively and always focus on keeping tight abs and glutes but to no avail. today i was doing fucking barbell curls and out of nowhere it felt like someone ran up and kicked me in the back. my legs went numb and tingly and i got very light-headed. i'm now in the waiting room of emergency. i think this is where i draw the line. lifting has been fun, but my body was not made for these gainz and so i am respectfully resigning from lifting. i think i might take up yoga and calisthenics. it's been real bros. i'm releasing my gainz back in the gainz pool for you all to flourish. stay sick brahs.
