So /fit/ after months of no gym because of back pain I just started going again.
Except my back pain is back. Same region lower back. Idk what to do. I took 3 months off.
Thing is. It only hurts when I deadlift, or exert any pressure against my abdomen. Like trying to do the valsalva maneuver.
I've never done ab work(crunches, planks, sit ups, etc.) and I can get by fine during my everyday life. Except if I go to lift something heavy from the floor.
It's on the small of my back and everyone I asked said something different. Do abs, don't deadlift, use a belt.
I don't have money for a doctor or specialist. And was wondering if any of you have experienced this and how you fixed it.

Guys, so I have been having some issues with my nipples. They look puffy all the time ( first picture) and they look digusting through clothes, like really pop out but when I touch them, like slighlty rub them they become normal (second picture). If I feel them, like put my finger on them, there is like this hard thing beneath them, like a flat stone. I lost a lot of weight because my doctor told me that could help. I lost 15 kilograms and they still look the same.Even my abs pop out, but the nipples still look gross. I have no idea what to do. I hope it's not a mild gyno or something because I really don't want to get surgery... Please help if there are any medfags here.
