Hey /fit/, perfect example of skinnyfat here. I'm pledging a fraternity in the fall, and although hazing does not exist, I've been warned off-hand that the pledge education process is very calisthenics intense. Tons and tons of pushups and planks and shit essentially. Now I'm weak as fuck, and I've realized I spent all summer jacking off and have ~3 weeks to prepare myself for pledging. What's a basic bitch reg I can do to prepare myself for hours and hours of drunken pushups in a basement full of space heaters? As I stand I can do 20 consecutive pushups before shitting myself and passing out. Do I just do a shitload of pushups all day or is there better ways to go about this?
