OFFICIAL FRAUD THREAD this time with the one weird trick doctors hate!: Get really lean using EC/DNP Medium doses of Test and Tren with Superdrol pulsed for 6 months to a year, bulking. Low Test, medium to high Tren and Mast with Winstrol/Epistane on a 500kcal deficit for 6-8 weeks until shredded. Low/Mid Test, Mid Nandrolone, Mid to high Tren, Superdrol/Dbol pulsed on a bulk until fuckhuge. Cut again in similar manner. Maintain physique with 250 Pharma Test, some Mast maybe and Var. Or any similar method.

I went through all the effort of buying a food scale, I weigh out my meal, but all these calorie calculators are giving me wildly different answers. Who do I trust? What the fuck? Is there seriously 25 grams of protein in 4 oz of bonless skinless chicken breast? Is it really only 110 calories? Seems like bullshit to me. That means I can hit my daily protein goal (200g) in just 880 calories of chicken. Do I just eat oats and vegetables for the rest? I've been eating food and eyeballing stuff for a while now and this doesn't seem accurate. If that were the case I'm pretty sure I'd be lifting a lot more and be pretty shredded. pic related, it's 4 oz of chicken breast

Is overtraining actually a problem? I lift 5-6 days a week in a loose brosplit for close to an hour and every article I've ever read says it's far too much for a natty. I usually start with heavy sets of 5 for my compounds then move into higher reps for hypertrophy after I'm done. It's been effective enough, but how can I tell if I'm doing the right thing when my gains are so much slower than they were when I started? >mfw I'm 6' ~190lbs lean, been lifting for 4 years and I still feel like I have no idea what I'm doing.

Hey /fit/, I recently got breast implants. Specifically 250cc saline implants under the muscle. I was a 34A now I am a 36C. My doctor advised me not to lift anything above 15 pounds over my head for 6-8 weeks or until I fully recover. Before I had my surgery my benchpress max was 125 Pounds. Now I can't lift the way I used to for probably another 3-5 months. Right now I am trying to cut, but I can not lift or jog. I'm thinking about doing PSMF and having brisk 1 hour walks in the morning to burn calories to keep active. I am currently 140 pounds 5'3" What would be recommended diet and fitness wise to get my weight down while maintaining my muscle? Also anyone who has done PSMF can you share your experiences and tips?
