i am getting kinda tired of bein blasted in the face with sexual stimuli while working out. at the gym where i do my stuff 9 out of 10 girls are wearing basically nothing when working out, spandex mini hotpants for example, or compression pants that are so fucking tight and thin that you basically can see the chicks bunghole when she starts squatting before you so i guessed... why dont we start a movement against this slutty behavior i say we all start going to the gym in Speedos or similar from now on And then we will tell the sl00ts to fuck off and stop objectifying us when they stare at us so.. how about it fit?

Does anybody ever get the feeling that you look stronger than you actually are? When I compare my body mass and size to my actual stats, I feel like shit. I've been taking lifting seriously for about two months steady with a serious program and improving my diet, and my stats are for 1rep: bench: 175 lbs squat: 205 lbs deadlift: 225 lbs and I'm 5'10 and 160 lbs. but then I see people who are much weaker looking than me putting up impressive numbers in the gym. what's the deal? do I just need to lift more and lift heavier, or should I take more rest days/deload? my current program is the SL 5x5 and if I have enough in the tank I just go for failure, and I go every other day (3 days a week, full-body compounds only every time). I feel like the cause is because my CNS hasn't adapted and that's where my lack of strength is coming from, I don't know what it feels like lifting heavy because it simply hurts trying to go for more than I can (e.g. 10 pounds more on bench and my arms will get stuck at the bottom, a little heavier on squat and my form turns to shit, too heavy on deadlift and my back rounds), whereas my body looks so good in the mirror because of mostly hypertrophy workouts

Has /fit/ ever done a liquid diet. I have been on it for a week, and basically I drink Muscle Milk, V8, and water. I am doing this diet because it is a lot easier for me to control my calories, and have my meals already prepared for me. I was just wondering if there is anything I should know before I stay on this path for a long time.
