Hey guy I'm looking into several martial arts to undertake over the next few years in order to turn my gym gainz into functional gainz. I'm a manlet so I'm probably going to go for some sort of striking martial art, which do you guys think would be the best?
>muai thai - hard strikes, fast whole body movements
>hapkido - blend of grappling and strikes (mostly grappling though)
>jeet kune do - rapid, overwhelming number of strikes
I'm looking to hone my self-control and discipline, while improving endurance (strength training at the gym left me with little to no endurance)
