Can I just say that this is my favorite picture on /fit/? Yes it's accurate on how my life style changed with food and I'm much bigger and filled out now and I do watch fitubers but it's the before and after stance that gets me. He goes from shit tier stance to a resting squat pose-a pose mind you every cultures ancestors did instead of chairs. Most people in the world cannot do that stance because it takes strength, flexibly and some serious balance when done for long periods of time. I do that shit now and not only does my body feel stronger but I'm leaner. The fronts of my calves are huge, my abs are flat, quads are stronger and my lower back is a beast. Just sit like that as low as your can go with flat feet for one minute and you'll know what I mean. Fucking love that picture. ITT the small things

yo homies, i just snapped my shit up doing dl and decided to rest my lower back for a month or 2 until it heals up. however i cannot not do anything so without using squats and dl i'm going to reprogram my workout. how does leg press 5x5 hammy curl 4x10 quad extensions 4x10 baby cow growing 3 x 15 sound? gonna do this workout 2x a week along my usual upper body shit >pic unrelated: eye candy for you helpers
