My last cut I did yohimbine + IF + LISS and had good results. I've started a new job and doing fasted cardio when I wake up isn't really feasible now. Would intermittent fasting and yohimbine still be a good cutting strategy? Would it be worth it to add the caffeine?

Why is 1/2/3/4 touted so highly around here as an easy goal? for literally anyone thats not a fat fuck those are impressive as fuck lifts that require at least a year of training. Is it just e stats by people that don't even lift? Do they not realize how huge people that have these stats are?
