So what the fuck does it mean to be natty /fit/?
I always thought natty=natural
Because of this, I thought being non-natty was to knowingly using any type of substance created in a lab environment to enhance performance in lifting/sports like:
1. Any type of roids, test, prohormones
2. Creatine (yes it is found in meats/fish, but the creatine that is in jugs are synthetically created in labs. and the amount of creatine found in meats/fish is completely insignificant compared to the 5g-20g dosages that people take from the jugs)
To those justifying creatine use, saying it naturally is created in our body, must I remind you that test is naturally created in our body? Then why is taking doses of test not natty?
3. Preworkouts/Caffeine (but caffeine from coffee/tea or extracted from them is still considered natural, because last time I checked, coffee and tea are natural)
Obviously protein powders, vitamins, and other similar supplements are made in labs, but I still believe they are "natty" because these substances are not used directly to enhance performance, but to aid in muscle recovery, just like eating any type of food. To think that protein powders are non-natty, is like saying eating chicken is non-natty.
But, this is just my opinion. Am I wrong? I may be, but if people have differing opinions of the word "natty", we shouldn't use it in a daily context because one person's opinion may differ from another. Instead of asking "are you natty?", we should be more specific and ask "do you roid?"

I have question. Anyone take vyvanse or have taken vyvanse before? I am on it now and have decided that I have had enough. How did you feel coming off? I hate it. I don't want to do anything active or fun, I get annoyed very easily, loss of appetite, weight loss, dry mouth & horrible breath, diarrhea, constipation, constant headaches.
Are there any other medications I should try for my ADD? Or should I just deal with it without all of the side affect filled stimulants?

Anal fissures fucking suck.
So for about a month now, I've been having slight rectal bleeding, even if my shit's super soft and goes down smooth (I eat dem fibers).
I thought the cuts/fissures would get better, but today, I had a medium-sized shit that literally just tore my fuckin ass out. The bleeding wouldn't stop for like a half hour.
I'm getting pretty fucking annoyed and worried now...my 3 options are:
>waiting it out (hasn't really gotten better)
>ointment/topical cream er some shit (don't know which one)
I probably should go to a doctor, but I feel like it can fix itself...hopefully.
What do /fit/? I know your homo assholes have had this before...
