So what the fuck does it mean to be natty /fit/? I always thought natty=natural Because of this, I thought being non-natty was to knowingly using any type of substance created in a lab environment to enhance performance in lifting/sports like: 1. Any type of roids, test, prohormones 2. Creatine (yes it is found in meats/fish, but the creatine that is in jugs are synthetically created in labs. and the amount of creatine found in meats/fish is completely insignificant compared to the 5g-20g dosages that people take from the jugs) To those justifying creatine use, saying it naturally is created in our body, must I remind you that test is naturally created in our body? Then why is taking doses of test not natty? 3. Preworkouts/Caffeine (but caffeine from coffee/tea or extracted from them is still considered natural, because last time I checked, coffee and tea are natural) Obviously protein powders, vitamins, and other similar supplements are made in labs, but I still believe they are "natty" because these substances are not used directly to enhance performance, but to aid in muscle recovery, just like eating any type of food. To think that protein powders are non-natty, is like saying eating chicken is non-natty. But, this is just my opinion. Am I wrong? I may be, but if people have differing opinions of the word "natty", we shouldn't use it in a daily context because one person's opinion may differ from another. Instead of asking "are you natty?", we should be more specific and ask "do you roid?"

So, I'm at 30kg bench, 60kg deadlift and 40kg squat (x5 rep or more). I'm 24years old, 170cm and 80kg. Always been weak. How much time do you think I will need to reach 60kg bench, 100kg squat and 140kg deadlift? I want to give myself some realistic goals to understand if I'm doing things right or not.

I've been using SS Practical Programming Novice Program: for about a month now and already I have gotten gains on the legs and core area and a little chest. I've already got my diet down pretty solid weigh 159lb 5'9" protein: 160grams fat: 130grams carbs: 400grams but instead of looking more like this guy(pic) I look more like fridgemode

I lost 7kg (81kg -> 74kg / bf 21% -> 16%) in last 1,5 months with IF but my strength started to go down. So now I decided that I could raise calories and try to recomp and get stronger. I am going to emphasize on food quality, maybe a little paleo typish. Like veggies, berries, lean meats (some ground beef), nuts, sweet potato & brown rice etc. you know what I mean. Routine is 2on1off 2-way split (strength pull / strength push / rest / hypertrophy pull / hypertrophy push / rest). Comments? Is this (pic related) a good solution?

Hi guys, I'd like to share my workout plan for the next year. I am hoping some of you experienced people can tell me if I can get to my goal more efficiently/effectively/quicker, if its feasible, etc. The caveat is no gym for about a month so I'm just doing what I can till then. 20 yo, 140lb 5'11. I'm working up to eating about 3k calories and thats where I'm gonna be. I eat around 2k now. I'm shooting for 170 a year from now, so 7lbs every 3 months or so. Just wanna get as aesthetic, nice arms and chest and I'll stop when I'm at my goal and then just maintain. month b4 gym: Wed/Fri - 3 sets of 10 pushups, add 5 every week Thu/Sat - 3 sets of 5 chinups, add 3 every week ||| 3 sets of 2 pullups, add 2 every week Fri/Sun - 3 sets of 10 squats holding 20lb kettlebell. Add 5 every week. Then: SS for 2 months, add dips curls abs etc after 1 month Then: Choose an aesthetics/hypertrophy and grind that for the rest of the year. Don't know which one. How does it look?
