Hey /fit/. I'm not a regular poster here but I'm coming to the fitness community of 4chan to help me with something. I'm a 2nd year high school student, 15 years old. I have something like 18% body fat, but I've been lifting for a while now so I have a lot of muscle density. Basically, I'm a pretty masculine kid, I'm built, but I kind of want to be more feminine for a while. I've had conflicting feelings about gender and shit like that; I won't go into it. All I want to know is, which of these three workouts should I do to achieve the best results, are those results completely reversible, and will the results be visible to others? I'm especially concerned about the effects being reversible because although none of them require HRT, they suggest drinking from BPA bottles / eating bizzare herbs to significantly boost estrogen in your body, and I'm still in puberty. Simple put. I want to be feminine for a while, but not grow up to be a weak-armed, skinnyfat manlet. Thanks so much for helping me out.
