Currently cutting on 1320 calories. I hit 1260 today. I'm IF so I had one large meal.
Here's what I ate:
>Orgain Chocolate Protein Powder (190) 2 scoops
>Organic Oat Milk (51) 100ml
>1/2 cup of Bobs Red Mill Organic Oats
>1 cup of strawberries
>1 1/2 tbsp of organic flaxseed
^all the above was mixed together and left overnight in the fridge. it's fucking delicious.
>4 hard boiled eggs (240)
>1 regular banana (110)
>2 "bocadillo" (aka mini) bananas (180)
According to MFP it almost perfectly fits my macros (50% carb (165g), 30% fat (51g), 20% protein 67g).
I swear I could eat this same thing everyday.
