Bros I have a lot of shit going on, and can't quit on any of it. I am 238 , 6' . I need to lose weight, around 40 lb of fat, to get /fit.
My question is: can I lose weight and get fit if I sleep 6 to 4 hours a day, but on a consistent basis and a stable schedule?
