In a "last two digits determines days of nofap thread" I rolled 84. I decided to take it a step further and stack some more challenges because of the desperate situation I was in. I have just achieved 1 month of >nofap >noPillow >cold showers 5 mornings per week >no cigs >no drinking to excess (3+ drinks in one sitting) >gym 4-5x per week >HIIT 3x per week >Intermittent Fasting >no junk food Noticed huge changes in will power and improvement with general happiness levels. I have much higher energy levels now despite not waking up past 6:00am anymore (except weekends). Also, been noticing much more IOIs from girls lately. Bruhs I was doing inclined bench presses when suddenly this fucking accute burning pain starts hitting the insides of my shoulders(same area that's shown in pic related) I asked if I was doing it right and they said I had perfect form, but the pain was still there I tried doing it one more time but now the pain was much more intense and it kept lingering when I stopped. Even now it still hurts, had to leave the gym early because of this. How fucked am I? Should I see a doctor? Six months I have been going to the gym and it's the first time this happens

What are some sports i can get into at a professional level, or at least amateur level at 18 with no prior experience. I've kinda wasted my teens outside school and lifting for the past couple of months but I want to get into a sport now, but most people who practice sports have years of experience behind them. I can make up for that difference through training, motivation, innate aptitude and skills, cood cardio and better strength and conditioning than most practicioners ( thx based rippletits). However there are domains where the lack of experience can't be made up, like in swimming or tennis. So what are some /fit/-approved sports i can get into without much experience?
