Hey /fit/, so i work on a three day rotation that consists of upper body pull, push, and leg day, and repeats twice a week. I work in 25 minutes of cardio on each day.Mostly running, however on upper body push i do 25 minutes of fairly intense heavy bag cardio. I have noticed that my pushing lifts, namely bench press, haven't gone up since i started incorporating the boxing. I was just wondering if this was due to the boxing and the fast twitch slow twist variation between the two. Or if it makes no difference. Thanks In advance.
