Hey /fit/, so i work on a three day rotation that consists of upper body pull, push, and leg day, and repeats twice a week. I work in 25 minutes of cardio on each day.Mostly running, however on upper body push i do 25 minutes of fairly intense heavy bag cardio. I have noticed that my pushing lifts, namely bench press, haven't gone up since i started incorporating the boxing. I was just wondering if this was due to the boxing and the fast twitch slow twist variation between the two. Or if it makes no difference. Thanks In advance.

Do girls in their early 20's even have a reason to have a bf? I mean, they are in the prime of their youth and are only going to get uglier from there on. Why waste their time on just one guy? Someone yesterday told me my routine is shit. Is it really? I am using it for compound lifts with a bit of aesthetics. Looking like this is my end goal.
