Someone yesterday told me my routine is shit. Is it really? I am using it for compound lifts with a bit of aesthetics. Looking like this is my end goal. But here is my routine, Ive done it since November. 3x5 Front Squat 3x5 Overhead Press 3x8 Chinups/Assisted Chinups if you need it 3x5 Deadlift -------- 3x5 Romanian Deadlifts/Hamstring work 3x5 Bench Press 3x5 Barbell Row 3x8 Dips/Assisted Dips M/W/F Alternate curls and lateral raises every other workout, sets of 2x10.
