Can you guys drink? It's pretty much physically impossible for me. I get a few in me, and I start feeling guilty, like I'm poisoning myself for no reason and I could be having fun without drinking. Plus it makes me hungry and dehydrated as fuck. Am I just being a square? Or is it just not for everyone?

Old thread reached the limit. Is pic related a good routine? I can hit the gym 3 days/week tops, many times will be only 2 days/week, but usually I get at least 1h30-2h able to lift. So I want to make the best of it.

Hi /fit/, /co/ here. My gf has asked me to start going to gym with her and her personal trainer. The problem is he's a total dick. Me and my gf bumped into him around Christmas and he was drunk. He tried to whisper into her ear inappropriate stuff and touch her and stuff. I said this made me uncomfortable but she said he was really good at what he does, and insisted that she didn't want to stop going. My gf says I need to start lifting or she'll leave. She says I'm wasting my potential looks being skinnyfat. I asked her if she would like me to bulk or cut and she said "why don't you just turn the fat into muscle like literally everyone else does". Basically don't know what to do here.. If I ate at maintenance and started fullbody and some cardio would muscle replace the fat I have? Also she came back after asking her friends boyfriend who lifts and apparently he said "lifting 3 times a week won't get anyone anywhere you have to be dedicated and lift 6 times a week for at least 2 hours a session"
