Look at my cute babby plates for my homegym. 0.25kg. I need them cause last time I tried to add 2.5kg to my bench I got stuck under the bar. Linear gains should be indefinite with these, right? I can't get over how cute they are. Especially compared to the 15kg plates.

Hey /fit/, /r9k/ local here. Tired of being fat. I'm 6 foot 5, 220 pounds, and I hate this feeling. I'm built like a bear. I'm already somewhat strong, and last time I checked (two months ago) I could bench 170, but I feel like a fat fuck. I feel a bit overwhelmed coming into /fit/ and going through these articles. I barely have two spare hours a day (In college, and I have a job), and I don't see how I can make these changes in the time allotted. I don't even have much spare time on the weekends. I work/see my girlfriend on Saturday, and on Sunday I do homework. So, how do I go about getting /fit/ when I don't have much time on my hands? I'm willing to make the required diet modifications, and put in what time I can exercising. But I never spend more than 30 minutes a day preparing my food. I usually just make a big meal, eat what I can, and put the rest in the fridge and eat it throughout the day. Also, I do not have enough money to go to a gym. What kind of exercises can I do at home?
