Sup /fit/. I've hurt my upper back around my left shoulder blade lifting and I was just wondering if any of you knew some good ways of getting rid of the pain without having to take painkillers. Also, ways to strengthen my upper back in general to stop this from happening again. Look at my cute babby plates for my homegym. 0.25kg. I need them cause last time I tried to add 2.5kg to my bench I got stuck under the bar. Linear gains should be indefinite with these, right? I can't get over how cute they are. Especially compared to the 15kg plates.

Hey /fit/, /r9k/ local here. Tired of being fat. I'm 6 foot 5, 220 pounds, and I hate this feeling. I'm built like a bear. I'm already somewhat strong, and last time I checked (two months ago) I could bench 170, but I feel like a fat fuck. I feel a bit overwhelmed coming into /fit/ and going through these articles. I barely have two spare hours a day (In college, and I have a job), and I don't see how I can make these changes in the time allotted. I don't even have much spare time on the weekends. I work/see my girlfriend on Saturday, and on Sunday I do homework. So, how do I go about getting /fit/ when I don't have much time on my hands? I'm willing to make the required diet modifications, and put in what time I can exercising. But I never spend more than 30 minutes a day preparing my food. I usually just make a big meal, eat what I can, and put the rest in the fridge and eat it throughout the day. Also, I do not have enough money to go to a gym. What kind of exercises can I do at home?
