So this last Friday my twin and my brah were at a rave in Seattle. It is called Lucky2013. Tons of fuckin trance, progressive and dubstep. Shit ton of artists, and it was badass. Be raving and see a ripped and huge mother fucker in front of us. We all joke around like ''oh hey look, it is Jeff Seid.'' We stand behind him for half an hour just raving and sort of joking around with that idea still. When Pretty Lights ends their session, the dude turns around...and to our surprise...it is JEFF MOTHERFUCKING SEID. Tfw we ask ''are you jeff seid?!'' and he says ''yeah brah!'' with a massive appreciative grin. Tfw he walks away and we are too stunned to ask to get a picture with him. We get back to the hotel later that night and my twin messages him on his official page, and says something about how he ran into him at Lucky and all this stuff about him being our inspiration...and to our surprise he messages back the next morning and is cool about it. He talks about how the rave was badass and starts to talk about wrestling after he sees my bro's picture on facebook of him in his wrestling singlet. The convo with Jeff Seid is still continuing as we speak. It is pretty badass in my opinion that he takes the time to message a random fan, and besides just little messages, he is giving more to the convo than we are! Jeff seid. Pls don't go. New respect for Jeff!!

Can deadlifting or squatting give you hemorrhoids?
I notice that after doing heavy deads there is blood when I wipe my ass, not like blood in my poop, but like my asshole is bleeding. Goes away after a while of not deadlifting, but it kinda stings when I wipe.
Are these hemorrhoids? I'm going to the doctor tomorrow to get it checked, I'm just wondering if this is common, and if it is indeed hemorrhoids will this affect my lifting? Could this be corrected by fixing a form problem or going down in weight?

Are any of you very strict about your nutrition? How do you manage to track your calories very accurately, especially when going out in public? Do you take snacks with you, or simply decline eating out until you get back home?
I've found so far that the exercise isn't the issue for me, the more difficult part is my diet. I tracked a normal day for me and totaled my calories afterward, and I was only eating about 1800 calories per day, whereas using a calorie calculator, it says I should be eating about 2000 to cut right now.
How do I into accurate calorie tracking?
Also, somewhat related question, approximately how much do you find yourself spending on groceries on a weekly/monthly basis? Apparently most things where I live are fucking expensive, at least if I want food that isn't pumped full of preservatives, corn syrup or extra sugar... fucking Whole Foods.
