/fit/ yesterday I felt a pain in my lower back (left side) it slowly gets worse, pain increases, when I was laying in bed it felt like it was really swollen but when I feel the area I could not feel any swelling. but when I woke up today I can definately feel my whole lower back is kind of swollen. pretty painful. I injected my left asscheek on Friday. could it be from the injection? I also deadlifted on friday (1 rep, high weight) but if it was snapping action I should have felt it right away i guess.

Alright /fit/ share with me some diets that are good for bulking muscle but keeping the bf% low. I had a pretty good cut and I'm down to 165lbs with about 14-15% bodyfat. I don't want to get too skinny, but I still want it lower. I was looking around a bit and considered KETO but after some reading found out it's too complicated to try and get the right diet down while bulking. Currently on EC stack which helped a bit, but I'm lost as to what I should do now. Current exact stats as of now. >6ft / 183cm tall >weigh 162.5lb / 74kg Been doing mostly average lifting with some light cardio after to cut weight, and bf% down the last few months but with summer coming soon I want to pack on some muscle. A few options I guess I've thought out were either Stick to KETO diet while still adding calories, quit the EC stack, and eat more carbs right before and after my workout. I read around and some people recommended this Forget KETO altogether for now, continue EC and either do light cardio like the stair master on my off days, or both off days and after workout so everyday. Would it really have much of an effect if I did cardio earlier in the day and my actual workout later at night? I'm open to any help here. I know that I need to add protein/calories but I just want to add muscle while getting my bodyfat lower. My goal would be around 8-11% overall.
