I come here with an actual /fit/ related problem!
Ive been squatting a lot more the past 2-3 months. 7-10 days ago I started to feel very slight pain and discomfirt in my knees. At first i stopped going to the gym for a week to see if my pain changes, but it didnt get worse and it didn't get better( the pain is extremely slight, its more of a discomfort/pressure feeling in my knees). then i went to the gym yesterday and squatted heavy again(3x5 with my max weight which is 2plaet Lowbar below parallel) and i could do it fine. i wasn't weaker , i didn't get sharp pains in my knees or anything like that. but there is persistant mild discomfort/pain.
what could this be? any ideas? i dont want to drop large sums of money just to go ask a doctor, unless it might be serious.
if looking at the picture the pain is like inbetween the bottom and the middle circles of the kneecap.
again no impairment of movement or anything like that, no sharp pains, just persistant discomfort and mild pain.
basically i feel my knees... i feel them.
i didnt used to feel them(i knew they were there, but i didnt feel them). i am worried.
maybe i bumped my kneecaps with the bar when doing deadlifts? because i think my squat form is bretty good.
