>live in Orlando, FL area, get to gym later than usual
>see Carrot Top working out, not on gear but still looks pretty decent
>"hey man, just wanted to say I'm one of the few people that likes your style of comedy"
>"S-sorry, that came out wrong. Just meant that it takes balls of steel and a sharp wit to even get up on stage."
So has /fit/ ever run into celebs at the gym? Story time.

God dammit /fit/.
I never thought I would see fat logic in person. My mother is slightly overweight and said she wants to lose weight. I lost 110lb this year while living with her, so you’d think she’d listen to me, right?
>tell her that I could basically be her nutritionist for free
>”okay so what’s the best way to lose weight quickly”
>stop having that mindset, realize that weight loss takes time and dedication
>you can’t just diet for a week then go back to what you were eating before, it’s a lifestyle change
>”o… okay, so, what should I do about my diet first”
>cut down on carbs, I’ll teach you about counting calories too
>”but I don’t want to count calories, I like eating what I eat”
>but you want to lose weight, right?
>”you know what, nevermind, I’ll just go to Curves”
>”I should be able to eat whatever I want if I’m exercising”
>It doesn’t really work that way
>”sure it does”
>1 week later
>she says she’s gained weight
>”but everything I’m eating is low fat!”
>had leftover pasta for breakfast, peanut butter sandwiches for lunch
>half a fucking family-sized quiche for dinner
>that’s like 900 cal in one meal
>tell her that fat doesn’t necessarily make you fat and even if it did, hardly anything she eats is low fat
>tell her for the billionth time to cut down on carbs and eat less calorie dense food
>she cites the food pyramid
>I give the fuck up
