Both my left and right elbow, just to the inside of the most protruding bone, will pop if I flex them while doing a curling motion.
I first noticed this happening when doing tricep extensions and other pushing exercises, after I push the weight my elbow would pop when resisting the weight on the way back. It wasn't painful initially but eventually grew to be.
Is this something that will heal over time with a long enough break? Or should I just try to work around exercises that cause the popping?
On that note, does anyone know of exercises that I can do to avoid this problem?
tl;dr elbow pops, what do I do?
Injury advice thread too, I guess.
