Well, he says it's not worth it anyway. Why?
>I honestly see no reason why somebody shouldn't supplement creatine, nor do I see any logical basis for the seeming 'fear' of this compound in society.
Its safe, it healthy, its cheap, and for most people it just works. Get some Creatine Monohydrate, take 5g a day, and you're good to go.
>they pretty much establish the importance of this molecule as a vitamin-like compound.

Come on Scoob, wtf is going on?
Oh and most importantly:
Can I still be considered natty if I take creatine?

So /fit/ I need some help. I'm hopelessly uneducated about steroids and what to expect, how to use, where to buy, and everything else. Will you guys please give me some pointers? I need to know the basic stuff like what I should be on, I'm a college fag so not a ton of money around but ide be willing to shell out around 250$ for my cycle. I weigh 165lbs and 6'1 and I want to weigh 190. I have never been able to put on much muscle because of shit genetics in testosterone category, no need to worry about gyno because my nipples are the size of dimes. I'm thinking the steroid I want is tren because everything I've read said really great things about it. How much would a 2-3 month supply of tren cost me, where would I get it, and how big could I expect to get? I've been lifting for around 4 years and I'm stuck in slim ottermode.
tl;dr educate me on the basics of steroids because i want to juice for 2-3 months
