I'm trying to decide on a new bluetooth stereo headset for running, and I've narrowed it down to three (in no particular order):
1) JayBird Freedom
2) Jabra SPORT
3) Arriva Leo
It's a hard choice by what I can tell, so if you have any experience/knowledge feel free to share it with me.
I'm looking for the best combination of battery life, durability, sound, and performance. I don't want something that's going to continuously fall out of my ears. Running while trying to fix headphones is probably one of the most frustrating things to do.

hey /fit, im a 145lb wrestler looking to cut to 138 for the season,
i came up with a AxB two day split and plan to make the days inbetween cardio, unfortunately i dont know my caloric intake but im pretty sure im on a defecit considering i have a very light breakfast (Greentea and one egg or other protein) and one other meal in the evening (Chicken/Fish w/ egg and a whole bag of frozen vegetables steamed with chopped kale, spinach and carrots)
heres my plan, just wondering if im going about this the right way.
All weighted lifts are at 60% of ORM
Bench-5 sets working to 1-2 reps
Pullups-3 sets to failure
Plank-3 sets of 2 mins
Military Press- 5x5 working to 1-2 reps w/ increased weight
Squat - 5x5
Row-5 sets working to 1-2 reps
One arm dumbbell clean and press- 3 sets 20 each side

Hey /fit/, lets talk EC stack.
I'm on my second week on it, only been doing 8mg Ephedrine 100mg Caffeine twice a day. Being super careful with it.
Anyway, whenever I do take it, I get pains in my chest. Though minor, I am concerned. I obviously don't want to have a heart attack.
I normally would have stopped taking it already. The thing is, the appetite suppression granted by it is godly. It makes it so easy to cut, it's ridiculous. I don't really give a shit about the metabolism booster, but I don't want to lose appetite suppression.
So, what are your experiences with EC stack? Is this normal? Should I stop taking it? If I should stop, any suggestions on appetite suppressors?

So /fit/ I need some help. I'm hopelessly uneducated about steroids and what to expect, how to use, where to buy, and everything else. Will you guys please give me some pointers? I need to know the basic stuff like what I should be on, I'm a college fag so not a ton of money around but ide be willing to shell out around 250$ for my cycle. I weigh 165lbs and 6'1 and I want to weigh 190. I have never been able to put on much muscle because of shit genetics in testosterone category, no need to worry about gyno because my nipples are the size of dimes. I'm thinking the steroid I want is tren because everything I've read said really great things about it. How much would a 2-3 month supply of tren cost me, where would I get it, and how big could I expect to get? I've been lifting for around 4 years and I'm stuck in slim ottermode.
tl;dr educate me on the basics of steroids because i want to juice for 2-3 months

Last night I did this
Barbel row, strict form, start from ground each rep 3x5 80kg
Pullup, perfect form until form breaks, then an extra couple with some cheat form in there 2xf + 15kg / 2xf +10kg / 1xf bw
Power cleans (I suck at these) 2x5 80kg
Deadlift 1x8 50kg 1x5 125kg
And nothing. Back doesnt feel sore, lats feel fine, lower back is perfect. Fucking back man

I used to be 65 kg. I practiced Muay Thai, and did 50 pushups, 100 sit-ups, and other calisthenics daily. I was drunk once and had to sober up fast, so I whipped out 100 push ups without even realising it until my friend told me. I could run a mile in 8.00 (Very good time for me as I smoke a pack a day).
Now I'm 95 kg, can barely even do 15 pushups, and I doubt I can even complete a mile.
