Every time I try to cut, it doesn't work very well. I am 5'4", 170ish lbs, and probably like 20% bodyfat. Picture related.
What should I adjust to make it work? I eat about 2500 calories per day, lift three days a week, and do cardio the other four days for an hour. Are some bodies just utterly fucked? I can gain weight, muscle or fat, really easily but fat is hard to get rid of. Picture is three months old but I look about the same. I stopped trying cutting three weeks ago when literally nothing changed.

Wanna go SF with an 18x contract (its a contract to go straight to Special Forces without having to go enlist and go to basic first)
Here is my workout plan;
>Run at least 3 miles 6 days out of the week (HIIT during Tuesday, and Thursday) with a weight vest
>Do 35 pushups and situps every hour or so (or should I do a push up program?)
>Since I have a gym membership, I will do a full body workout but will work in the 4 sets of 25 reps range
How about that? As for the diet I wanna be fat as fatass so when i go there, I got something to burn
For endurance weight lifting, do I use the count? Or should I use time? (say do squats with a light weight for 3+ minutes?)
