h-hi /fit I am going to be making a home gym there are nothing but cardio-gyms around here. However I live in the UK so can't use craigslist, and good quality used equipment rarely shows up on ebay. Its mostly 1" bars and vinyl weights. Any UK fags know good places to get equipment from? Going to be a fairly simple home gym, just a rack, bench and oly bar/weights. Any advice on manufacturers to buy/avoid would be much appreciated.

So I've been lifting for near 2 years but never tried doing lunges till this week. Put 1plate on the bar and did a walking set of 20. Extreme glute pump and later DOMS for 2 days. What is your favourite style of lunge? Typical set/reps?

Every time I try to cut, it doesn't work very well. I am 5'4", 170ish lbs, and probably like 20% bodyfat. Picture related. What should I adjust to make it work? I eat about 2500 calories per day, lift three days a week, and do cardio the other four days for an hour. Are some bodies just utterly fucked? I can gain weight, muscle or fat, really easily but fat is hard to get rid of. Picture is three months old but I look about the same. I stopped trying cutting three weeks ago when literally nothing changed.

You guys got any suggestions for low energy levels and just not wanting to do anything?
