Alright /fit/ so I posted this last night and got no replies so I'm gonna try one more time. I've just started training to participate in a triathlon, and was just wondering a few things. 1. Have any of you anons done a triathlon and if you have how was your experience with it? 2. What does /fit/ think of triathlons? Probably nothing good 3. Anyone have tips, training advice or anything related to triathlons they could share with me? Is there an exercise to lose man boobs quickly, with diet and cardio? i'm not fat, actually im pretty skinny but with these fucking man boobs. Does marijuana affect your gains, /fit/? I personally have been having the hardest time putting on weight. I turn into a death camp kid when I smoke a lot, contrary to what people think (muchies=weight gain) does marijuana affect muscle growth or any of that?

Why do people do weed? I have done it twice now. Worst rxperienxes in my life. Headaches nausea dizzyness inability too move(felt fuckin catatonic) nothing made sense everything I tried doing endes up with me blankly staring at something I finished half just wonderimg what I was doing, I was literally forgetting what I was doing WHILST FUCKING DOING IT. What should one do to get out of DYEL mode and into "he lifts"/"he has muscles and looks strong" but not "roided out" mode? Does any proof exist that "cardio kills gains". All the splitbrahs i know spout this shit but it seems that research tells us that if you eat enough to compensate for the energy loss, there is no effect.
