One Day See-sawing with Dan Green Edition
What do you guys like to eat for pre and post workout meals? I'm looking for some good food to eat. No clean shit unless it tastes good. I've been watching too many Pete Rubish and babyslayer food reviews on YouTube. When and how many times a day do you like to eat?
strengthcalc.com if you need a generic program and recommendations (it's like strstds, but will fill out popular programs for you based on your numbers)
One more thing, post any questions you have regarding meets, programming advice, form checks, exercise selection, recovery

AAAARGH WHY GOD
> gym, do squats, then on to other stuff to free up the cage
> some guy take it over
> black muscle shirt
> some stupid armband monitoring thing
> earbuds in
> does 1 rep of 150 pounds deadlift every two minutes
> for thirty fucking minutes
> I think, "ok, I will walk for five minutes while he does his exercise"
> come back, still going
> more walking
> still going
> AGAIN WALKING
> he's still there and now has a pad on the bar for squats
Fuck it, I never got to do my deadlifts. I guess after work I can go back to the gym, do only deadlifts, and leave (like some kind of animal). Is that a good idea?
