/fit/ I need help, I've been running to prepare for boot camp in 2 months, and out of fucking nowhere I developed knee pain, I think it's the LCL. It stopped my run yesterday and it's still here today. There's no pain or tenderness at rest or while walking. Before this I was running 2-3 miles a day, now I can't last more than a quarter mile without intense pain. I don't know nothing about running except putting one foot in front of the other. How do I deal with this pain?

To do full ROM on pull-ups, is it necessary to bring your chin all the way up to the bar or just to have your arms parallel to the floor? I've been watching a bunch of YouTube videos on how to do pull ups and it seems like there is no solid answer as some believe one and others believe the other. This is my meal plan, ive added meal 7 in just this week.. since gains have been good but all of a sudden slowed right down to almost nogains. Meal one - 100g Oats with Sugar, honey, bananas and raisins + protein shake (Calories: 600, 17g fat, 63g carbs, 48g protein) Meal two - 150g Chicken breast + 125g of brown rice + Spinach (Calories: 400, 5g fat, 32g carbs, 42g protein) Meal three - 4 Boiled eggs (Calories: 260, 16g fat, 1g carbs, 22g protein) Meal four - 100g Chicken breast + 125g of brown rice + Spinach + 175g yogurt (Calories: 400, 2g fat, 40g carbs, 32g protein) ~Workout~ about 30 mins after workout i have a protein shake (400 calories per shake) - 12g fat, 32g carbs, 44g protein) Meal five - Usually 160g Fish, 200g beans and 2 170g new pottatoes (Calories: 750, 20g fat, 100g carbs, 20g protein) Meal six - 100g wholemeal pasta + 2 raw eggs (Calories: 210, 5g fat, 25g carbs, 12g protein) Meal 7 - 125g packet of cashew nuts (Calories: 780, 60g fat, 33g carbs, 25g protein) i also have 2 fish oil tablets and 1 multi vitamin a day. My Shakes i mix with 600ml semi skimmed milk. Calories: 3800 Fat: 137g Carbs: 326g Protein: 245g What do you think?
