Just found out the my rugby pre season training starts in a month. What training routine should I follow to be as fit as possible in a month. So far this summer I've been doing strong lift 5x5 Should I just put cardio on the end of my workout and skipping on the rest days? tl;dr, need to be fit and strong in 1month, what do?

I suck dicks at bench. My squat/deadlift has improved over 105lbs the past two months with my noob gains, but my bench has only increased 55lbs. Are there any additional exercises I can incorporate into my routine to help?
