Pull ups are the king of all exercises. >They provide you with the best overall improvement of your physique for the amount of effort put in. Everybody notices thick forearms, jacked biceps, and a wide back. >Can be done multiple times a week without wearing down your CNS >Almost zero risk of injury when performing the lift >Gives a tangible benefit to everyday life. Carrying groceries or moving furniture becomes much easier. >May save your life if you ever slip and fall and have to pull yourself to safety >Gives you the ability to bearhug someone to death >A source of pride and brotherhood among fit people. Fatties can't do them.

>tfw gym is the only thing that keeps you going Yeah you go to college or have a job, maybe a hobby here and there, like playing an instrument. Probably a gf that takes some time out of your life too, or not. But that thing that keeps you awake at night, that little thought about you maxing out your snatch tomorrow, your next deadlift PR or how big you're getting for your next bodybuilding comp, that's what fuels you, that's the fire that burns within you. why would you spend so much time here if that's not true?

So far this summer I've been doing strong lift 5x5 Should I just put cardio on the end of my workout and skipping on the rest days? tl;dr, need to be fit and strong in 1month, what do?

I suck dicks at bench. My squat/deadlift has improved over 105lbs the past two months with my noob gains, but my bench has only increased 55lbs. Are there any additional exercises I can incorporate into my routine to help?

Hey /fit/, My eyes are almost constantly red or irritated. Okay, I do spend a lot of time in front of the computer, but even if I am simply tired, or drink alcohol, my eyes get really red. It's ruining my facial aesthetics. Is there a vitamin supplement that can help? >tl;dr red eyes, wat do?

>What have you been doing to drop the weight, anon? I so desperately want to say: >"Well, I'm finally eating real food." But I don't. I end up explaining my raw vegan diet that I've been on nearly a month (about 24 days). My family and friends have definitely noticed, considering I dropped from 200lbs to 184 in the last three weeks. This is all with no purposeful exercise, mind you. I do everyday things like walk, work, and run errands, but by no means have I been out running. I guess I'm just really happy. I'm also really proud of my body. I've learned that if I put the right stuff into it, it gets shit done on its own. Also, I just got done with some midnight snacking: Broccoli and cauliflower dipped in raw vegan hummus. Pic related: The guy on the left has been eating like this for 5 years. He's a championship caliber ultra-marathoner. He won the last big ultra marathon.
