>tfw gym is the only thing that keeps you going
Yeah you go to college or have a job, maybe a hobby here and there, like playing an instrument. Probably a gf that takes some time out of your life too, or not.
But that thing that keeps you awake at night, that little thought about you maxing out your snatch tomorrow, your next deadlift PR or how big you're getting for your next bodybuilding comp, that's what fuels you, that's the fire that burns within you.
why would you spend so much time here if that's not true?

My eyes are almost constantly red or irritated. Okay, I do spend a lot of time in front of the computer, but even if I am simply tired, or drink alcohol, my eyes get really red. It's ruining my facial aesthetics. Is there a vitamin supplement that can help?

>What have you been doing to drop the weight, anon?
I so desperately want to say:
>"Well, I'm finally eating real food."
But I don't. I end up explaining my raw vegan diet that I've been on nearly a month (about 24 days). My family and friends have definitely noticed, considering I dropped from 200lbs to 184 in the last three weeks. This is all with no purposeful exercise, mind you. I do everyday things like walk, work, and run errands, but by no means have I been out running.
I guess I'm just really happy. I'm also really proud of my body. I've learned that if I put the right stuff into it, it gets shit done on its own.
Also, I just got done with some midnight snacking:
Broccoli and cauliflower dipped in raw vegan hummus.
Pic related: The guy on the left has been eating like this for 5 years. He's a championship caliber ultra-marathoner. He won the last big ultra marathon.
