/fit/, I have a problem. I'm a guy, and no matter how many pushups I try and work into my daily routine, I still can't seem to shed these bitch titties. They've been a problem for like a year now, and no matter what I do, they won't disappear. For those of you who take an iPod on a jog/bike ride/etc. Here's a simple DIY armband: Tube sock, top half, see pic. Easy, money saving, and comfy. I just turned one of my black socks (which I lost a mate to, lost as in completely lost.) into an armband. Looks badass.

Help me /fit/ i dont know what to fucking feel. My older brother has been missing for a day now, he stole my dads car last night to go meet somebody in philly. He's pulled shit like that before but always comes home, he didnt come home around 8pm today so I went on his computer and found the address he was heading to. Me and my dad drove to the address couldn't find the car or anyone at the address. Came home logged on sprint found his phone records. He placed two calls to 911 this morning almost 13 hours ago both under a minute. We called our police department they trying to get in contact with the Philadelphia PD. They were able to find his phone last pinged in a shady part of sw philly about 12 hours ago. I'm hoping hes just in a drunk tank or John Doe in a minor accident cause he probably didnt have his ID on him and my dads plates well go back to his company and not us but I got one of them sick dull feelings in my stomach. I dont know what to fucking do they just told us to wait man im starting to tear up typing this.

about 5 weeks ago i was deadlifting and i went to failure on my last set and struggled to get the weight up, my lower back felt like i had pulled something slightly, the next few days i developed a tiny pinching feeling on my lower back. Well it still hasnt gotten better, it doesnt really hurt, just a nagging pain. When will this shit go away?

Just looking to see what results people have gotten on DNP. Currently running some Dhacks I bought this past December that was left over, never ran it properly then.(gained all the weight back) 4 days in at 250mg a day, feelsokman. Weights not moving much, look bloated but also getting more defined. Usually at my current weight my veins are a little more visible but I've gotten leaner but more bloated, like I said. For those interested, also running Yohimbine/Tyrosine/Ephedrine/Caffeine. Dat tolerance of of immortality. Pic related.

I've been trying out the Pomodoro method for the last few days, not sure what the big deal is but it's really popular amongst IT folk. Responding much better to wellbutrin SR than lexapro. Centrum 'performance' multivitamin hurts my stomach, even when taken with food. The generic adults under 50 multi doesn't feel like anything. My best performance aid is still largely caffeine pills. They don't handout adderall or ritalin or concerta or anything else like that like candy anymore. Also I'm just afraid of amphetamines in general. Ear plugs are nice and I highly recommend them. Ok now you go

I have this weird birthmark underneath my left nipple, skins all bumpy and soft, looks like an acid burn. Also have a baldspot/scar from getting a mole removed a few years ago.
