I am a lardass. 5'3'' female, recently went from 183 to 178 in about five days. I'm working out and finally eating right so I can get back to the 135 I used to be, possibly less. My issue is I work 30 hours a week and go to school full time. I go to the gym at least four-five times a week, and I'm consistent so far. It's the goddamn food that I'm struggling to control. Three days out of the week, I'm stuck on campus from 9am-11pm; I try to pack enough food to last me the entire day, but it's hard to find stuff that's fast, easy, cheap, and tasty to eat on these long days. I've been eating -veggies and hummus -sandwiches (whole wheat bread, no mayo) -fruit -salads (with kidney beans, chicken, or eggs) -eggs and oatmeal in the morning -greek yogurt -celery and peanut butter -beef jerky This is a good start for me, but I know I'm going to get bored of this soon. I need help thinking of things I can pack/make/carry with me that only a portable icepack substitute could keep unspoiled. Halp. Any ideas appreciated.

Hi /fit/ Due to a string of injuries starting from may I've had to reevaluate my lifting routine. The nature of my injury is so that I cannot put much vertical stress on my body. I.e. into the legs. Here are my stats : 6'2" 90kg Bench 110kg Squat (back) 160kg (front) 100kg Ohp 70kg Dead 180kg Would it be sensible to substitute more calisthenics into my routine whilst healing?
