Going to create this thread for experienced roiders to help out the new ones (like me). Few questions to start us off: 1. I live in Australia and I want to do a cycle of test sometime soon. I heard SR is a good source (if the vendor is reputable). Does this hold true for Australians? Any personal experiences? [Asking about domestic sources only] 2. Are PCT products as illegal as the steroids themselves? Again, in Australia, can this be bought through SR? Do they cost as much as steroids? 3. Finally where can syringes be bought in Australia? Are they illegal as well? An anon posted a guide for injecting steroids including in dept information about which syringes to use, etc. but I didn't save it :( If anyone can post it that would be awesome Ask/answer away but before asking make sure you've read the stickies on the steroid forums (thinksteroids/steroid/steroidology/etc.) to cover some of the basics

Are deadlifts a pointless waste of energy if one is striving for aesthetics and couldn't care less about strength? The likes of Scooby and the Hodge Twins have developed great physiques without deadlifting.

Hey guys - need some advice here. I've just started playing organised basketball again after a long break, and am quite unfit as I've barely even been gym past few months due to a mix of laziness, uni and depression. I'm unsure as to how to go about things now, as I want to lift while working on my CV fitness. So, do I just try run for about 20-30 minutes at a medium pace after my workout on lifting days? Do I alternate 1 day lifting 1 day cardio? Or is it just pointless to try work on both at once?

Guys, I need help After I was done reading the sticky a few months ago , I decided it's time to say goodbye to my fat body and change my life. The first thing I did was go to a nutritionist whom ordered me a blood test, the tests and physical discovered that I have fatty tissue in a chamber of my heart and that I have extrasystolic arrhythmia,during the treadmill test, they quickly stopped me when I started running slowly and the doctors started panicking (my heart beats are irregular, and some beats are more powerfull or less powerfull, which leads to my body and brain being oxygen starved from time to time,It's not a fatal condition, it may make me faint , worst case scenario, the fat in my heart can cause heart attack from what I understand) Being greatly discouraged by this, since my father and grandfather died of heart diseases, I wavered for a while between staying a fat fuck or taking a risk and getting a "man's body" which I deserve. After a month, during which I cut soda and fried food from my diet, I decided to finally start weightlifting, cardio and the Dukan diet. I quit the Dukan diet after 1 month , because I was simply starving everyday and I literally got sick of chicken. The gym part is going good, for the past 2 months I have been going 5 days a week and have been adding more weights as intended.I also have been doing 30 minutes of cardio a day, either running or walking at high incline at a brisk pace. But here's where I need your help: I have dropped , from 91 kgs to 86 kgs in the first month, then I have stopped at 86 kgs.I am sure this is because I stopped the diet.The other problem is that I am not a native english speaking guy, and I do not know the weightlifting terminology used in the guides, so I only had to go by hear-say and listening to the gym employees which don't really seem too hyped to help me out. Sup /fit. Lardass here, but working on it. Quick run down before my question. I used to weigh 14ST/88KG two and a half year's ago. Through various weak reasons I ballooned to weigh 23ST/146KG and im finally stopping being a pussy bitch and doing something about it. I've started riding 5 miles to my new job (A much more active one than the one I did sitting down) and i've cut down my calorie intake from the 4000-6000 calories I was eating to 2000 or under depending on meals. After a month of this im down to 21ST/133KG so thats nearly 2ST/12KG in a month, and it makes sense when you work out the calories etc. I also haven't been hungry because im eating filling foods. I only find that at times, I struggle mentally and want that comfort of food because I get down or whatever negative emotion I feel (We're human, it happens. Im not depressed) My question is what can I do to combat that feeling 'Urgh ffs give me chocolate?" Any tips for a fat guy on his way to recovery? Pic related, the kind of body i'd like to have in about 3 years.

More and more people are saying don't do medium/high intensity cardio because it burns glucose not fat. They say you're better off doing low intensity cardio like walking as that will burn fat. I'm fat and trying to lose weight. Would I lore more with walking or running?

Hello /fit/ 5"11', 171lbs here, around 15% bf (not me in pic) I am cutting right now and doing around 3x5 reps to maintain strength, but I would soon like to start bulking and I was wondering if the routine below would be good for that. If not, what could I change? I thought of ABCxABCx but my daily schedule is quite busy, is there another routine I could be doing instead of this one (something like ABxABxABx push/pull)?
