Lardass here, but working on it. Quick run down before my question.
I used to weigh 14ST/88KG two and a half year's ago. Through various weak reasons I ballooned to weigh 23ST/146KG and im finally stopping being a pussy bitch and doing something about it.
I've started riding 5 miles to my new job (A much more active one than the one I did sitting down) and i've cut down my calorie intake from the 4000-6000 calories I was eating to 2000 or under depending on meals.
After a month of this im down to 21ST/133KG so thats nearly 2ST/12KG in a month, and it makes sense when you work out the calories etc. I also haven't been hungry because im eating filling foods.
I only find that at times, I struggle mentally and want that comfort of food because I get down or whatever negative emotion I feel (We're human, it happens. Im not depressed) My question is what can I do to combat that feeling 'Urgh ffs give me chocolate?"
Any tips for a fat guy on his way to recovery?
