My Test 400 has arrived alongside my Nolvadex
I am currently sat here staring at the vial imagining my Dr shouting at me
Currently writing out a list of pros and cons to decide if I should go into town and buy injection equipment and get this over and done with
My AI hasn't come yet, how unwise would it be to inject 0.5 ml of Test 400 (12.5 mg Acetate, 20 mg Propionate, 30 mg Phenylprop, 37.5 mg Isocap, 50 mg Enthenate, 50 mg Deconate) without an AI at hand? I have Nolva at hand.

I need advice on pullups
I am aiming for 4x8, when I am able to do that I want to add weight. I started with about 5 reps in each set. Fast forward, I managed to do 4x7. Now, I do 8, 8, 6 (or really shitty 7), 5. And this has been going on for almost a month. Same reps every workout. I tried adding a fifth series (to failure) but it doesn't help. I do pullups twice, sometimes three times a week, width is picture related.
How can I break this plateau?
