Hey /fit/, read the sticky and learned that it's all about diet and persistence, I think.
200lbs here, looking to go down to 160 at least. Wanna be able to wear my /fa/ high school clothes!
So I have no home equipment and don't want to go to the gym. Also don't want people to see me, 'cause >husky and get paranoid when people see me exercising.
I was thinking of running for an hour every morning, when it's still super dark, and nobody can see me.
So aside from that, what about other exercises that I should do? Most of my fat is in my butt and gut. So not sure what other types of workouts I can do to help that out.
