I haz some questions /fit/
1. I want to make sure I work out my chest properly, so I want to do both flat and incline barbell bench. What's the best way to incorporate both, do both on the same day, one with high load and one with light load, or just alternate it on my chest day, one workout I do flat, the next I do incline?
2. Do I count the protein in rice even though it is an incomplete protein? I eat rice mainly for the calories, I most of my protein I get from milk and chicken breast.
3. Are there any studies that show what will give you better gains, in terms of frequency of workout per week? I work out 3 days, and wouldn't mind workint out 4. No brocience or bro-logic please, since rest is important, there is no easily deductable answer without a study to legitimize it.
4. I can't use chalk at my gym, but I have sweating problems that make certain excercises harder because my grip slides, is anyone aware of a really strong anti-persperant that can keep your hands dry? I tried some of those "Light" ones and they didn't work.
