hey /fit/, ive been lifting for about 3 days, and i just had my protein shake. how long until im zyzz mode? im thinking about taking steroids because bodybuilding is a huge passion of mine, and has been for a long time.
btw im 17. also, pritein shakes taste horrible, can i put sugar in it to make it taste better?

I'm currently on SS, but the gym that I train in doesn't have any 1,25 kg weightplates. The smallest they have is 2,5 kg, which means that the smallest weight increase you can do on your lifts is 5 kg which is abit much.
How should I go about this? Can i increase the reps instead, for example go up to 8 reps before moving up in weight?
