I have been doing SL 5x5 for about 2 months now on a cut and I feel I could be doing better as far as results for my cut are concerned, so I was wondering if any of you could pitch me a better alternative for a training split while cutting.
I really like the idea behind SL/SS and the heavy, compound exercises, but I want the best results while cutting because I have a lot of excess fat to get rid of.
I'm at about 600 calorie deficit and do light cardio everyday (walking home 40-55 mins) along with SL 5x5 and the weight is coming off slow and linear progression with weights have stopped.
