How do you prevent your family from eating your gains? I cook these delicious, calorie-dense, protien-filled meals for myself with the intent of making enough to last me multiple meals and all too frequently I only get a single meal from it because my family keeps eating it. I complained and they said my cooking was too delicious and they could not help themselves. Alternately that I couldn't horde because that was mean and I needed to think of the family's well-being. I started making the food really spicy since my sister can't tolerate spice. Or I'd just eat dried figs and cheese and cashews and stuff for dinner because they can't really swipe that. How do I deal /fit/?

So I'd been having a very stiff neck lately, and it had been keeping me awake almost every night. I decided to see a chiropractor for the first time. I got x-rayed and was told I had subluxation degeneration, between phase 1 and 2. I was told that it would take up to 2 years to get it fixed and I have to get on a long-term treatment plan, and my first day of treatment is days away. Right now at the moment, I'm 3 days deprived of sleep because of my neck stiffness and I keep waking up whenever I do fall asleep because I stop breathing automatically, so I suspect a pinched nerve. Should I go to an ER? What would an ER even do for me? Is it just a waste of time and money? Is there anything I can do on my own? I'm desperate for whatever advice you anons can give. I need help ASAP and I'm scared that I might not live through this much longer.
