Started ICF 5x5 today, and was working out my starting weights since it was the first time with free weights. I think my numbers are a little low, I was squatting only 70lb for 5 reps, but I could leg press 220lb? Next time should I just try rocking the numbers up, or should I just continue with 70lb and increase it every workout while i'm getting the form right? Just wondering cos i've been reading people started squatting with like 120-140lb and I think I could do about that, is the leg press weight any indication of how much I could squat?
