What a fucking waste of time. I still don't know how to do the correct form, despite watching many youtubes and reading instructions. Glad I didn't have to pay for that shit.

Thank you /fit/... I've made it but at what cost? I turned into that guy that we all hate when we're skinny, fat, or weak. I turned into the very thing I hate... My only hope is that manlet will use his hatred of me as a funnel for his own strength, the strength to one day kill me... thank you /fit/...

Started ICF 5x5 today, and was working out my starting weights since it was the first time with free weights. I think my numbers are a little low, I was squatting only 70lb for 5 reps, but I could leg press 220lb? Next time should I just try rocking the numbers up, or should I just continue with 70lb and increase it every workout while i'm getting the form right?
Just wondering cos i've been reading people started squatting with like 120-140lb and I think I could do about that, is the leg press weight any indication of how much I could squat?
