I'm probably about 1000 calories off my daily requirement, but I dont have ingredients to make a shake like i normally do. My sister made white chocolate lava cakes, which have to have a shitload of calories in them. Do i try to eat as much healthy food as i can (wont meet req.) or go dirty? (Bulking btw)
