How much does your gym cost? I went to join mine and they hit me with this ridiculous contract. 12 month minimum, $45/fortnight. +$75 setup fee. Thats $1245 and the cheapest option they have. if i quit in less than a year i have to pay out the whole contract. Is this daylight robbery or normal?

I can get squat rack, bar and 430lbs of weight for $640 through multiple people but I think the other shit included in the deal above makes it worth it. My chest is probably my most lacking body part right now. What exercises does Anon do to increase his/her chest size? Right now I do BB and DB Bench Press, BB Press and some Cably Flies at the end of my workout and it doesn't seem to have a great effect.

Hey /fit/, I have a couple questions. I just got done doing 40 minutes of interval on treadmill for the first time in years. I'm fat, about 245 pounds and I'm 5'10. My question is will this routine of medium paced walking/faster jogging really help me lose weight if I stick to it and eat better? I'm wondering if I'm doing too little to lose weight. My heart rate went back and forth from 130bpm to 199bpm at max. The treadmill said I burned 435 calories when I finished, but I hear the calorie/fatburn continues well after the workout, even in sleep. Is this true? Lastly, I took 200mg of flush Niacin before working out, and I take green coffee bean supplement with my breakfast. Will these help much?
