Hey /fit/, I have a couple questions.
I just got done doing 40 minutes of interval on treadmill for the first time in years. I'm fat, about 245 pounds and I'm 5'10. My question is will this routine of medium paced walking/faster jogging really help me lose weight if I stick to it and eat better? I'm wondering if I'm doing too little to lose weight. My heart rate went back and forth from 130bpm to 199bpm at max.
The treadmill said I burned 435 calories when I finished, but I hear the calorie/fatburn continues well after the workout, even in sleep. Is this true?
Lastly, I took 200mg of flush Niacin before working out, and I take green coffee bean supplement with my breakfast. Will these help much?
