/Fit/, why aren't some of you squatting ATG?
I'm making this thread to emplore you to do so.

If you're only squatting parallel, you're doing it all wrong. Work on hip flexibility or even put something under your heels, but, unless you're a beginner, you shouldn't be squatting only to parallel unless you want knee tendonitis... and to look like a pussy.
Also, general ATG thread. I used to hate squatting until I started going deep.

Hey /fit/, help me gain muscle? Pic related, its almost what i look like
Im 18, wight 55.5kg and am 173cm tall
TDEE says 2548cal so do i need +500 for muscle/weight gain?
Doing pushups, squats and pullups every day now, what else should i be doing?
Any info on protein powder / creatine would be nice too.
I want to make it
