Benefits: >less strain on knees >better mass gains >better strength gains >look like a boss If you're only squatting parallel, you're doing it all wrong. Work on hip flexibility or even put something under your heels, but, unless you're a beginner, you shouldn't be squatting only to parallel unless you want knee tendonitis... and to look like a pussy. Also, general ATG thread. I used to hate squatting until I started going deep.

Hey guys. Have been working out for the last years, and love it. Unfortunately ended up being one of those guys who skips leg day. Recently started doing leg day again, and haven't skipped it for the last 3 months. Yesterday was supposed to be my leg day, but when i started doing warm up squats with the empty barbell my knees hurt so much i couldnt even squat 5 times. What could it be and how can i get rid of this horrible pain. Pic unrelated.

I'm lifting to build muscle mass, but I want to start running for health reasons. I'm going to run for 30 minutes on my non-lifting days. This means I'll be working out everyday. Is this a bad idea? What effect will the cardio have on my legs? Will I lose gains? Do I need rest days if the workouts are so different?

I'm aiming for ottermode right and as you can see I have this weirdly shaped body. I was always a hungry skeleton but for the past couple of months I've been bulking (is bulking an euphemism for eating like a fucking pig? if so, yea, i've been bulking) and this is the fatter I've gotten. >6'3 200lbs >193cm 90kg Should I keep bulking or is this ok? Is this routine good for a total beginner?
