I want to become a real life warrior. I want to be able to fight most people and literally break their bones and puncture organs with single strikes. I have taken care of martial training, I mostly need help planning my conditioning. I want to be strong enough that fights only last at most a minute so no cardio will be needed, just diet... what strength stats should I be aiming for and am I right that calisthenics would be good for assistance to aid my ability to use my own body's weight?

Didn't see one in the catalog. Went to the gym for the first time yesterday, did SS, I'm 5 foot 10 inches, weigh 146 pounds. These are my lifts, all 3x5 Squat: 190 Bench Press: 155 Deadlift: 245 These alright for a first timer? I'm going to add OHP and weighted pullups next week.

This appears to mean that, in the time of hormonal recuperation, one should decrease the ferocity of one's workouts to ensure maximum retention of gains. Work on hip flexibility or even put something under your heels, but, unless you're a beginner, you shouldn't be squatting only to parallel unless you want knee tendonitis... and to look like a pussy. Hey guys. Have been working out for the last years, and love it. Unfortunately ended up being one of those guys who skips leg day. Recently started doing leg day again, and haven't skipped it for the last 3 months. Yesterday was supposed to be my leg day, but when i started doing warm up squats with the empty barbell my knees hurt so much i couldnt even squat 5 times. What could it be and how can i get rid of this horrible pain. Pic unrelated.

I'm lifting to build muscle mass, but I want to start running for health reasons. I'm going to run for 30 minutes on my non-lifting days. This means I'll be working out everyday. Is this a bad idea? What effect will the cardio have on my legs? Will I lose gains? Do I need rest days if the workouts are so different?
