/fit/ i'm trying really hard to do this. Basically i'm trying to do a pushups/handstand mix. I practice leaning against a wall, but even then it's still hard. I think my upper body just isn't big enough yet. Any advice? Any one else do this?

Body fat percentage thread. Where are you currently and where are you planning to be? I've been eating with a bit more thought few months now as I've been working out three times a week and, although these cheap scales with integrated body fat percentage measurents gives one probably a hunch at best, I'm down one percent. I've measured myself every other day and made an excel worksheet of my progress. Engineer at heart, one could say.

Work on hip flexibility or even put something under your heels, but, unless you're a beginner, you shouldn't be squatting only to parallel unless you want knee tendonitis... and to look like a pussy. Also, general ATG thread. I used to hate squatting until I started going deep.

Hey guys. Have been working out for the last years, and love it. Unfortunately ended up being one of those guys who skips leg day. Recently started doing leg day again, and haven't skipped it for the last 3 months. Yesterday was supposed to be my leg day, but when i started doing warm up squats with the empty barbell my knees hurt so much i couldnt even squat 5 times. What could it be and how can i get rid of this horrible pain. Pic unrelated.
