Hey /fit/, first time here, I have to reduce my overall body fat because my doctor said so, no I'm not obese 87kg and 1.83M. Started doing pull-ups today, I found a way to do it without getting bored, I put on a song I love, and do pull-ups non-stop until the song ends.
Any advice on losing my belly fast ?
I want to get rid of this joke of a body as soon as possible.

/fit/ am I doing it wrong?
I just got laid for the first time yesterday, and we did it straight missionary on the floor of my girlfriends cabin.
Everyone always talks about how beautiful sex is, this and that, why did nobody tell me how fucking difficult it was?
First of all, my knees are killing me from all the pressure of my body leaning up on them.
Second, my arms are fucking ridiculously sore from supporting my body for a good 15 minutes.
Third, the angle itself is really fucking weird, I have to like... I dunno its just that the angle of penetration is fucking awkward.
Anyone have any tips on how to make sex a little more enjoyable? Or is it simply a matter of manning the fuck up and just dealing with the pain?
p.s. my dick kept getting soft when we tried readjusting positions. It's fine while I'm pumping away at her but I take it out for like 30 seconds while she puts a pillow under her back and my shit gets limp as fuck and I need to jerk it for awhile to get it hard again... can anyone give me advice on how to avoid this problem?

Hey /fit/, how does one go about losing muscle, specifically upper body muscle?
I've been going on /fit/ and lifting for about 3 years now and I've gotten pretty swole, but I've finally accepted that I just really want to be a grill, and getting swole is making me unhappy with my body. I'm going to be starting hormones, etc, but right now I have too much upper body muscle for a girl, so I was wondering if anybody here knows the best way to go about losing muscle.
I'm hoping that it's possible to lose muscle while still keeping physically active, I'd imagine avoiding eating protein and sticking to cardio instead of heavy lifting would help? I'd also like to keep my lower body muscle, since squats have given me dat ass. I'm not sure if that's possible though, since it might be like fat loss where spot reduction doesn't work. My best guess would be to maybe keep doing lower body exercises and stop doing other forms of weightlifting?
I'm pretty lost here since I've never seen anybody talk about how to lose muscle on here (for obvious reasons), so if anybody has any knowledge on this subject I'd really appreciate the help.
