Is there any harm in occasionally choking yourself? I like to choke myself with a scarf or something like that sometimes to the point where I almost black out. It helps with my anxiety and I always feel better after it. I never do it so long that I would pass out plus even if I would, I wouldn't choke because I don't tie the scarf anywhere or anything like that. I just want to know if this causes brain damage or something?

Dear /fit/, I wish to become ottermode. I've tried to find specific exercises (Sans swimming) that might achieve this body type, and all I can find is "CARDIO, FAGGOT", unfortunately weak heart/lungs makes it difficult to do cardio exercises for too long. I have looked like this since I was 13 because too much cardio exercise might kill me. How the fuck do I achieve ottermode without blowing up my heart?

High school fag here. I'm currently skinny as fuck at 6' 2" and only 120 lbs. I've been downing 8 ounce protein shakes that have 13g of protein and 350 calories each everyday all day but its not doing all that much for me if anything. I read that taking 25g of creatine everyday can make you gain around 3 lbs in a week, is this true and would you recommend creatine as a source of weight gain? I was also wondering if anyone has experience with steroids and if that will help in any way and if so the easiest way to get a hold of them. I'm currently only conditioning twice a week but lax season is coming up and Ill have workouts 5 times a week. Any other advice would be useful. tl;dr- Need ways to gain weight.

Hey /fit/, is this an okay routine to move onto after SL. My lifts are at intermediate on strength standards, my squat advanced. I want to move onto a bodybuilding split because I want to get aesthetic, not powerlfter strong. Here goes; A Incline Barbell Bench 3x5 Incline Dumbell Bench 3x8 Dumbell Flyes 3x10 Tricep Pushdowns 3xF Overhead Tricep Extensions 3x8 Flat Smith Machine Bench 3x12 B Barbell Row 3x5 Pull Downs 3x8 Chin Ups 3xF Straight Arm Pulldowns 3x12 Upright Row 3x8 Shrugs 3x12 C Squats 3x5 Deadlift 3x5 Dumbell Shoulder Press 3x8 Lateral Raises 3xF Leg Curls 3x12 Calf Raises 3x12 ABCABCx (rest sunday..) So I woke up this morning and ate about a quarter of a black forest cake. I then decided that I should throw up. Finally, I googled "ways to throw up" and after reading 2 posts realized that I am a fucking retard. I'm going to count calories for the rest of the day. I don't know how many calories were in the cake but I'm sure it was ~700 Some websites are saying that 1/12 of a cake is ~220cals. 1/4 of 12 is 3, 3x220=660. I feel really shitty about myself. I lost 50lbs and then got put on antidepressants. Ever since then my meds have been fucked up and I've been stress eating like crazy. Does anyone else have some experience with shitty antidepressants? Thanks /fit/
