Is there any harm in occasionally choking yourself? I like to choke myself with a scarf or something like that sometimes to the point where I almost black out. It helps with my anxiety and I always feel better after it. I never do it so long that I would pass out plus even if I would, I wouldn't choke because I don't tie the scarf anywhere or anything like that. I just want to know if this causes brain damage or something?

Dear /fit/, I wish to become ottermode. I've tried to find specific exercises (Sans swimming) that might achieve this body type, and all I can find is "CARDIO, FAGGOT", unfortunately weak heart/lungs makes it difficult to do cardio exercises for too long. I have looked like this since I was 13 because too much cardio exercise might kill me. How the fuck do I achieve ottermode without blowing up my heart?

High school fag here. I'm currently skinny as fuck at 6' 2" and only 120 lbs. I've been downing 8 ounce protein shakes that have 13g of protein and 350 calories each everyday all day but its not doing all that much for me if anything. I read that taking 25g of creatine everyday can make you gain around 3 lbs in a week, is this true and would you recommend creatine as a source of weight gain? I was also wondering if anyone has experience with steroids and if that will help in any way and if so the easiest way to get a hold of them. I'm currently only conditioning twice a week but lax season is coming up and Ill have workouts 5 times a week. Any other advice would be useful. tl;dr- Need ways to gain weight.

I've been working from the Madcow 5x5 routine, which has: A- Bench B- Incline or OHP C- Bench So far I've only been doing Incline Bench on B days. I feel like I'm missing out on my shoulders by not doing any OHP at all. Should I alternate each week between Incline and OHP, try to add OHP on an A or C day, or try to do them both on day B?

Hey /fit/ I've never taken a shower after a workout in the gym, I always just go home and shower. I want to start showering after workouts, so I can hit the gym before going to college and what not. problem is, I have no idea how to dry myself.(I know this sounds retarded) The changing room is pretty small and nowhere private. I don't know the proper way to dry ,myself with out looking like a retard or faggot. when I shower at home, I just step out of the shower and stand like, pic related, for 20 minutes or sow until I'm dry.
