Is there any harm in occasionally choking yourself? I like to choke myself with a scarf or something like that sometimes to the point where I almost black out. It helps with my anxiety and I always feel better after it. I never do it so long that I would pass out plus even if I would, I wouldn't choke because I don't tie the scarf anywhere or anything like that. I just want to know if this causes brain damage or something?

Dear /fit/, I wish to become ottermode. I've tried to find specific exercises (Sans swimming) that might achieve this body type, and all I can find is "CARDIO, FAGGOT", unfortunately weak heart/lungs makes it difficult to do cardio exercises for too long. I have looked like this since I was 13 because too much cardio exercise might kill me. How the fuck do I achieve ottermode without blowing up my heart?

Hi /fit/, so I'm cutting, looking for a good appetite suppressant because I feel so fucking hungry it isn't even funny. Hey /fit/ I've been on a low calorie regime and lost some serious weight. But now I want to wean off from the low calories because 1300cal is way too little for me 201lb and 6'0. How would I go about increasing calories without gaining weight. I run 3 miles everyday. Should I run an extra mile and increase calories by 300? I'm thinking 2000 calories is the right amount for me so I'm not sure if I should run more as I increase calories or my metabolism will establish itself and make up for the extra calories.
