I wish to become ottermode. I've tried to find specific exercises (Sans swimming) that might achieve this body type, and all I can find is "CARDIO, FAGGOT", unfortunately weak heart/lungs makes it difficult to do cardio exercises for too long.
I have looked like this since I was 13 because too much cardio exercise might kill me.
How the fuck do I achieve ottermode without blowing up my heart?
