Hello /fit/, I'm looking for help! I am 6'2", male, 222 lbs (average build), with the ability to push myself. I want to lose 25 lbs.
I just started a new job with access to a small gym (only basic workout machines). I work 9-5 and was planning on using the gym afterwards.
Any tips on circuits or other exercise routines that don't involve running on a treadmill or elliptical machine for 45 mins?
I'm looking for high impact stuff

Remember that feeling of waking up with no job? Nothing to do? You would climb out of bed, either skinnyfat or fat as fatass, whatever you were, and sit on your computer. You would browse /v/, and you would log into your world of warcraft account to play your low ranked arena team or your shitty falling apart raid guild. Your breakfast was the leftovers from last nights dinner mother made, your lunch was mcdonalds. Your afternoon snack was a bag of Cheetos. When you were bored of WoW, you trolled and shitposted forums for your amusement.
