Is there any harm in occasionally choking yourself? I like to choke myself with a scarf or something like that sometimes to the point where I almost black out. It helps with my anxiety and I always feel better after it. I never do it so long that I would pass out plus even if I would, I wouldn't choke because I don't tie the scarf anywhere or anything like that. I just want to know if this causes brain damage or something?

Dear /fit/, I wish to become ottermode. I've tried to find specific exercises (Sans swimming) that might achieve this body type, and all I can find is "CARDIO, FAGGOT", unfortunately weak heart/lungs makes it difficult to do cardio exercises for too long. I have looked like this since I was 13 because too much cardio exercise might kill me. How the fuck do I achieve ottermode without blowing up my heart?

High school fag here. I'm currently skinny as fuck at 6' 2" and only 120 lbs. I've been downing 8 ounce protein shakes that have 13g of protein and 350 calories each everyday all day but its not doing all that much for me if anything. I read that taking 25g of creatine everyday can make you gain around 3 lbs in a week, is this true and would you recommend creatine as a source of weight gain? I was also wondering if anyone has experience with steroids and if that will help in any way and if so the easiest way to get a hold of them. I'm currently only conditioning twice a week but lax season is coming up and Ill have workouts 5 times a week. Any other advice would be useful. tl;dr- Need ways to gain weight.

Hello /fit/, I'm looking for help! I am 6'2", male, 222 lbs (average build), with the ability to push myself. I want to lose 25 lbs. I just started a new job with access to a small gym (only basic workout machines). I work 9-5 and was planning on using the gym afterwards. Any tips on circuits or other exercise routines that don't involve running on a treadmill or elliptical machine for 45 mins? Help me, /fit/. I've been lifting for around two months or so now (a little less, maybe) with a break for two weeks at one point when I was looking for a gym at University. I'm currently doing SL AxBxAxBx (going 4 times a week instead of 3) and adding Dips + Curls on A and Chins + Skulls on B. Should I keep on trucking with this or consider doing something else? Pretty much looking to get aesthetic here more than anything else, am I on the right track?
