Hey guise, something odd happened to me today. Something that I've never experienced before. Today was shoulders/arms day for me and I warmed up like always. I had eaten my protein bar for energy an hour before like always, and drank poweraid like always. When I started doing bicep curls my biceps started to get really tight. I could barely finish my second set and I wasn't able to finish my third set at all. They weren't really painful, other than the usual burn, they were just so tight and didn't want to do anything. Any ideas what may have caused it? Like I said, I did everything the same way that I usually do and I've never had this problem before. I've had some tightness but never like this.

I had gynecomastia surgery about two years ago and thought you guys might be interested in asking some questions. Obviously no one here has it as bad as I did, but you get the gist. If you're considering surgery, alternatives, or how to cope, I'll try and help out.

I've lost some weight since then, and I'm probably going to post a full before and after set of pics later on but for now this will have to do.
