So I'm posting this for you fags that only believe that steroids are meant for a commitment for the rest of your life and that there is no other way to do it except inject test + other compounds. I just received pic related in the mail and am planning on doing a 4-5 week epistane only cycle and log it for you mother fuckers. I plan on gaining 15 pounds hopefully 10 pounds of muscle and if everything goes as planned I'll do another cycle in about 10-14 weeks. I am currently 5'8 and 150lbs and 19 years old.My lifts are Bench 225 OHP 125 Squat 275 Dead lift 335 I should progress 20-40 pounds on each lift and gain 10 pounds of muscle. My gains should keep on going through pct as epistane does not shut you down near as much as 500mg of test a week does. I should also have little to no side effects to worry about except lethargy and strength increases. I'll be updating my log all the time on here I just took my first 10 mg today. Any questions/advice is welcome. Inb4 too young or small or whatever. Inb4 oral only cycles are shit and not worth the health risks I know what I'm doing I've been researching for months and sometimes you have to sacrifice a knight in order to win a game of chess if you catch my drift.

Hi /fit/, /tv/ here. /mu/ has High Fidelity as their movie, playing on their circlejerk in a funny, genuinely satirical way. I believe Don John is to /fit/ what High Fidelity is to /mu/. It has been getting some mixed opinions, but it is definitely something worth your time, for when you're not lifting, eating, mirin, or knowing that feel.

Sup /fit/ I'm on the path to losing weight. My current diet is doing pretty well, i'm losing weight etc... I'm wondering if I could post my list and see what I could add to it and remove from it to possible help me lose faster. I'm 5'11" and 320 pounds currently, down from 340 pounds. Shopping list: Bottled water, diet lipton tea, v8 fusion (because I cant stand veggies), whole wheat bread, deli turkey, ham, salami, pepperoni, steak (steak dinner every so often) oatmeal, instant coffee, walnuts, blueberries, flaxseed, almonds, 100% fruit juices, non-fat yogurt with fruit, and a glass of red wine every night. I'm looking into bulking up a bit once I lose weight but at my size I need to focus on health and recovery. Any changes you guys would make?
