Need some keto experts here.
I have been on a super low carb diet for about 3 months now. By super low carb, I mean I have been eating about 30-50g of carbs a day. For the last 5 days, I have been eating 5-15 grams of carbs to force myself into ketosis.
I haven't felt any changes in how I feel or anything like that. I am sleeping kind of shitty, but other than that no changes to be noted. I have read that since I was on a super low carb diet the transition to keto wouldn't be intense. Is this true? Are there any other signs I should look for?
