Does anyone else think that the typical SS/SL powerlifting routines posted on here frequently are trollbait? I decided to take /fit/'s advice after being a cardio bicycle fat who lost a lot of weight fucking around.
But after a year and a half of powerlifting, I've just turned into a doughy massive guy with a disproportionately large back, ass, legs, traps and shoulders.

Scoff at reddit all you want, there are external links in the sidebar if you don't want to feel "tainted" by going there. Most of you will laugh at this and do the usual whiteknight/bluepill/beta/NAWALT crap, but I'm determined to help at least one of you.
It's not enough that you're liftan weights, it's time to ascend to a whole other plateau and lift your ingrained notions, your flawed programmed behaviours as dictated by society, that are the cause of most of your nogf feels and spaghetti landslides.
