You are new to lifting, 1 week. I highly doubt (regardless of sport carry over) @ 125, you are doing nearly a 1.5x BW bench. I also highly doubt you have learned to squat well enough for 200lbs, nor deadlift 250(though this could be possible as its pretty simple to pick something up) ROM is range of motion, as in your squat ROM is most likely 1/4 or less. E-stats are made up numbers to make you feel better on an anonymous board.

I'm sure my form for squat could be improved, I still haven't met a real gymbro yet to show me proper form and tell me to go lower etc so idk - I got my legs (what I thought was) down a little less than 90 degrees and had the straight back and shit. The bench idk, I've never benched before but 1.5x bw isn't that impressive when you're small. ROM, it's probably not ideal? And no, they're not numbers made to make me feel better haha I'd say higher, I thought my numbers were average? Like I said, new to /fit/.
