I've only been counting animal protein since I started lifting. Is this a mistake? Should I be counting other sources towards my daily needs?

I'm assuming you're being sarcastic, but protein from nuts, beans, legumes, etc. is still protein, even if it doesn't have a complete amino acid profile.

You could count complete protein and/or the summ of protein cotent that alone is incomplete but in total/combined with others is complete.

(complete protein = all essential amino acids)

Given you are on /fit/ I think that amount - that isn't animal protein - is pretty low anyway so you might ignore it
