You can brah, everyone can. Just look at yourself speaking english. Everyword you say or type is improvised. You've got a nice vocabulary of words, but you don't think about what you're going to say. You just say it and express yourself.

Improvisation is like a muscle, the more you train and feed it, the bigger it gets. Start simple, work everyday, and in a few years you'll make mad gains.

Unfortunately not. There are many ways though. If you have an artist that you really like, that has fairly simple songs (johnny cash, marley, neil young, zeppelin, chili peppers even, etc.) learn every song in an album and play along with it.

There's lots of online resources like justinguitar and reddit.com/r/guitar is pretty good. Unlike with lifting, I'd recommend getting a personal trainer/guitar teacher, if you can afford one.
You'll make the fastest gains taking weekly lessons with a professional that can guide you.

The outdoors (hiking, canoeing, backpacking, climbing/bouldering), literature (reading the good shit, writing short stories and poetry), music (guitar, banjo, trumpet, piano, bass guitar, harmonica, synthesizer, and drums), travel, guns (I despise the firearms community but guns are fun as fuck), and hoodrat shit (graffiti, drugs, urban exploring, fooling around in the city, etc).

I get most of my money doing stand-up, playing shows, and writing articles for various newspapers and magazines; since I only work when I want to or need to I have a lot of time to devote to my hobbies. Also I work as a National Park Ranger every summer (currently working as a backcountry ranger in Olympic) so I get to spend a ton of time outdoors in beautiful places.

cycling, running, fighting, whatever.
join a club that does your new hobby.

the problem is that growing up during school, people that join clubs are losers. but as an adult in real life, its the other way around.

I play bass, my favorite genre to play/listen to is jazz but I play with a local electronic band, it's pretty fun. I play guitar as well but I only recently picked it up.

I would post my setup if I wasn't lazy, I have a pretty swaggy 1980s MiJ squire p-bass and a marshall.

Jogging, although it doesn't mix with lifting very well.

Watching youtube, which is do most of my time I'm not lifting or working.

Programming, and IT stuff, though I'm starting to lose interest, probably because it's my job as well.

Other than that I like reading about philosophy and quantum physics, though I rarely finish a book because I always get bored half way through, which is why I prefer articles when I'm reading non-fiction.

Learn all your chords first man, then learn some simple chords progression songs or songs from bands like Nirvana for dem dere power chords/easy riffs.

If you want to take it to the next level learn your minor pentatonic and or blues scale (they are very similar on the fret board). After this look up picking and legato exercises, this will take a while to get good at so watch TV while doing it once you have done it for a little while.

While doing the previous step learn some intermediate songs to keep your interest alive.

After mastering these picking and legato exercise and the blues and pentatonic scales you can either learn more scales or learn advanced songs.

Chinese cartoons, kendo, the occasional video game, wouldn't recommend any of them, considering your goals.

I also play bass and skate, would recommend both. Bass is pretty easy to get started on, and considering no one wants to play it it's easy as fuck to find a band. Skating is cheap and fun, although if you got poor joint stability it might not be a good idea as sprained ankles interfere with lifting quite a bit.

how long did it take you? and did you do anything special to promote your channel?

To be honest, I don't spend too much time on it, I may do a small article for the website every evening. The other lads will do something on it also every few days. But I'd make a video for my YouTube channel every weekend. Spend about 2-3 hours to edit and record audio when I have the time using Sony Vegas.

I'm heading back to do a course in physiotherapy this year, so I won't have much time to make videos for PixelEnemy unfortunately.

I started off making a few gameplay videos and reviews, then I actually luckily was contacted by Jay, the owner of PE because he liked my Irish accent on my BF3 videos. From there I gained about 3k subscribers just by word of mouth and from the PE website.

If you're looking to make videos, contact PixelEnemy mate, they're always looking for people! Been making videos for about 2 years.

But I still read the classics, research IT and philosophy things, am learning a language and consciously try to improve a couple of facets about myself, mostly personality related, by practice and meditating.

I used to play sports a lot but I've become very prone to injury. I don't want to do rockclimbing like everyone suggests. I hate bars. I'm not as edgy as I used to be to go to clubs by myself. Right now I'm looking into social engineering/manipulating people for the lulz, it gives me an incentive to talk to people anyways.

I played people for cards or cash. I live in NY and everyone there gambles. One of my friends has actually opened his own store in Chinatown and now sleeps, drinks, and just shows up to work.

My family never gave me money, so Yugioh was my means to get whatever I wanted or to support the relationships I was in.

Aside from lifting weights and being a calorie/nutrition nazi I have no personality or notable hobbies.
I have a few computer projects lying about that I like to work on from time to time, but hardly do them frequently enough for them to be called hobbies.
I'm emotionally stunted from years of being alone, passive aggressive with a violent temper if I am pushed far enough get a reaction out of. In conversations I either default to fake nice guy, or uninterested and quiet.
Social interaction from work, school, home, nothing helps. I just want to be left alone most of the time, but at the same time I realize the flaw in that sort of way of thinking.
I want to change, but I don't know what to say, or what to do and as result of spending so much time in solitude I've gradually forgotten how to speak, words are missing or they just don't come out.
Where do I even start? I'm not shy or anything, I'm just blank.

You don't bluff; you use your betting to bluff.

Anyone decent to good can only be read by their betting patterns.

rarely do you "bluff", all that shit you see in the movies is bullshit and also it depends what type of poker your playing since each one has different stra and tactics

of course some luck don't hurt either but really you are trying to minimize luck and maximize good play

In poker you do not play the house, you play against other players. You simply pay a rake or session fee ($1 from each pot or $5/30 minutes) to the house.
